Professional Goals
Strengthen Pediatric Clinical skills and Experiences: I want to gain hands on experience in pediatric settings by seeking opportunities to care for children across different ages and health conditions to strengthen my assessment skills, clinical judgement, and ability to respond to changes.
Obtain Pediatric Certifications: I plan to strengthen my pediatric nursing skills by obtaining Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and becoming certified in pediatric nursing (PED-BC).
Advance Education Toward a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP): I want to continue my education by pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialty in pediatrics.
